New Domain Name SCAM warning!
Customers may have recently received, or may shortly receive mail inviting them to re-register their domain names and get a "free" .biz domain.Please be warned, this company: "Internet Registrations Australia" are making claims that are well outside the terms for .com.au namespace (maximum renewal period of 2 years).
There have been a number of complaints raised over the last few weeks about the behaviour of IRA from various ISPs and their customers. We STRONGLY advise you to discard the letter if/when you get it, or if you are in doubt, feel free to call our office to clarify anything.
It seems the ING scam is doing the rounds again, so be on the lookout for that too!
