Sir Cam Virus Alert

A virus dubbed Sir Cam has the potential to cause sleepless nights by mailing your personal documents to all your friends.

The virus is reportedly hitting Windows machines and rifling through the My Documents folder. It grabs a file at random and then posts it to every address in your Outlook address book. The virus arrives as an email with the same subject line as the attached file pulled from the last victim. The message body contains a random string of words in either English or Spanish, from a small collection of phrases embedded in the code. Most antivirus companies have released an update to tackle Sir Cam.

Some more information on this virus is here: http://www.datafellows.com/v-descs/sircam.shtml including some advice on what to do to get rid of it.
